Why We Aren’t Open 24 x 7

People often ask us why we aren’t open 24 hours a day to address emergency dental issues?

We would love to be open 24/7 to take care of every dental patient who wants our help, at any time of the day or night.  That’s our dream but, so far, we can’t figure out a way to make it happen.  Why?  Because we can’t find a dentist who will work overnights, or Sundays, and will treat patients the way we want our patients to be treated.

So, until we find that special dentist – and then find a dental assistant who is good enough to work with our dentists, take care of our patients, and willing to work overnights and Sundays – we just can’t do it.

We won’t risk our reputation; we won’t give our patients less than the best; we won’t compromise quality and caring.  Our patients deserve better than that … so we’re sorry, but we’ll have to be content to be known as the emergency dentist that is only open about 60 hours every week… including early mornings, evenings and Saturdays.
